We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Meals on Wheels Delivery Drivers throughout Lee County. Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Meals on Wheels Delivery Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Meals: Safely and efficiently transporting meals to designated recipients while adhering to established routes and delivery schedules.
  • Providing Social Interaction: Engaging in friendly conversations with recipients, offering companionship and support.
  • Reporting Concerns: Observing and reporting any observations or concerns regarding the well-being of recipients.
  • Maintaining Documentation: Keeping accurate records of meals delivered and completing related documentation as required.

To excel in this role, we seek individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Compassion: A genuine empathetic nature and a passion for helping others.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are crucial for successful delivery operations.
  • Communication: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary for this position.
